What is your return policy?
Our return policy is straightforward: If you or your pet aren't satisfied, return it! We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Please note that tax and postage charges are non-refundable.
Here's how it works:
- Email us at [email protected] and provide either the email used for the order or your order number to receive a return authorization.
- Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as we do not cover these charges.
- Once we receive your item back in our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.
