At Gunni's Pet, we're always happy to help with any concerns. However, please note that cancellations can be challenging, as your order is usually processed immediately and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment.

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible—we’ll do everything in our power to assist. If we're unable to cancel the order in time, you have the option to refuse the shipment from the carrier at no cost to you. Once the carrier returns the items to us, we'll initiate a refund promptly.
